Kazaras approached Postcard from Morocco with a finely controlled sense of theatrical composition, shaping the opera’s fragmented structure into a cohesive and visually expressive whole. His direction emphasized physical storytelling and ensemble precision, allowing movement and gesture to illuminate character and atmosphere. With a clear sensitivity to the work’s surreal tone, Kazaras created a layered, imagistic staging that balanced abstraction with emotional clarity.
